Do I need to register before class?

Nope! Walk-ins are welcome. We encourage interested students to try out class before signing up. The first week is always free!

Do I need a uniform to partcipate?

Accepted Answer

New students can train in athletic/loose fitting clothes. You can get a uniform after a few classes. A uniform will be required before your first belt exam.

When are classes?

Our normal class schedule is Tuesdays and Thursday, 5 - 6 pm. Other special classes and events are communicated with students regularly.

Do I need to get in shape to start training?

NO!! Training is martial arts is a great way to GET in shape. All students are encouraged to start training immediately. The beginner training is specifically designed to help you build the muscles, flexibility and endurance for more advanced techniques.

What age do you have to be to train?

We accept students of all ages (5 and up!). We currently do not offer a pre-school program. But yes, adults and teens can start training too!
